DTN Stock, WisdomTree U.S. Dividend ex-Financials Fund Information

The investment seeks to track the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the WisdomTree U. The fund normally invests at least 95% of its total assets (exclusive of collateral held from securities lending) in component securities of the index and investments that have economic characteristics that are substantially identical to the economic characteristics of such component securities. The index is comprised of the 10 highest dividend-yielding companies in each sector, selected from the three hundred largest companies by market value in the WisdomTree U.S. Dividend Index. The fund is non-diversified.
