The Amplify Cleaner Living ETF seeks investment results that generally correspond (before fees and expenses) to the price and yield of the Tematica BITA Cleaner Living Index (the Index). The Fund will, under normal market conditions, invest at least 80% of its total assets in the securities that comprise the Index. The Fund employs a passive management investment strategyin seeking to achieve its investment objective.
