EEMS Stock, Ishares MSCI Emerging Markets Small Cap Index Fund Information

The iShares MSCI Emerging Markets SmallCap ETF seeks to track the investment results of an index composed of smallcapitalization emerging market equities. The fund generally will invest at least 90% of its assets in the component securities of the underlying index and in investments that have economic characteristics that are substantially identical to the component securities of the underlying index. The index is designed to measure the performance of equity securities of small-capitalization companies in emerging market countries.
