The investment seeks investment results that correspond to the Solactive Most Favored Nations Emerging Market Index. Under normal market conditions the fund will invest at least 80% of its assets in component securities of the underlying index and in depositary receipts representing such securities. The underlying index is based on a proprietary methodology developed by the funds subadviser and is designed to identify securities of companies in large liquid emerging market countries based on a country selection model and provide exposure to those securities on a freefloat adjusted market capitalizationweighted basis. The fund is nondiversified.
