FEVR Stock, Inspire Faithward Large Cap Momentum ESG ETF Information

The Inspire Faithward Large Cap Momentum ESG ETF (the Fund) seeks to maximize growth with lower volatility than the broader US large cap stock market. The Fund, an actively managed exchange traded fund (ETF), invests at least 80% of the Funds net assets plus any borrowings for investment purposes in large cap stocks defined as stocks of companies with market capitalizations of at least $10 billion that meet the Funds environmental, social and governance (ESG) criteria described below.
