The Fund Seeks a high level of total return with an emphasis on current distributions to shareholders Managed Assets in MLPs and other energy investments.The Fund may invest up to 20% of its Managed Assets in U.S. and non-U.S.equity and fixed income securities and derivative instruments that are notMLP or other energy investments. The Fund currently expects toconcentrate its investments in the energy sector, with an emphasis onmidstream MLP investments. The Fund will invest in investments across theenergy value chain, including upstream, midstream and downstreaminvestments.
