The investment seeks to track the investment results before fees and expenses of the Zacks International MultiAsset Income Index. The fund generally will invest at least 90% of its total assets in the securities that comprise the index as well as American depositary receipts ADRs and global depositary receipts GDRs that represent securities in the index. The index is comprised of securities that the index provider has identified as having potentially high income and superior riskreturn profiles by using a proprietary strategy that evaluates stocks on multiple factors including dividend yield and market capitalization. The fund is nondiversified.
