LDEM Stock, iShares ESG MSCI EM Leaders ETF Information

The iShares ESG MSCI EM Leaders ETF (the Fund) seeks to track the investment results of an index composed of emerging market large and mid-capitalization stocks of companies with high environmental, social, and governance performance relative to their sector peers as determined by the index provider. The Index Provider begins with the MSCI Emerging Markets Index (the Parent Index) and excludes securities of companies involved in the business of alcohol, tobacco, gambling, and nuclear power and weapons, thermal coal and unconventional oil and gas businesses.
