MFT Stock, Blackrock MuniYield Investment Quality Fund of Beneficial Interest Information

The Fund Seeks to provide shareholders with as high a level of current income exempt from Federal income taxes and Florida intangible personal property taxes by investing at least 80% of an aggregate of the net assets including proceeds from the issuance of any preferred shares and the proceeds of any borrowings for investment purposes in a portfolio of municipal obligations. The Funds current nonfundamental investment policy requires under normal market conditions for the Fund to invest at least 80% of its total assets in municipal bonds. Due to the repeal of the Florida Intangible Personal Property Tax as of January 2007 the Board has approved an amended policy allowing the Fund flexibility to invest in municipal obligations regardless of geographic location.
