The adviser will consider all companies in the worlds developed and emerging markets. The Advisor will invest the funds assets in securities of all market capitalization companies. The SmartETFs Smart Transportation & TechnologyETF invests in publicly-traded equity securities of domestic or foreign companies that are involved in the development and productionof products or services for Smart Transportation, including safer, cleaner or connected vehicles and Smart Transportation companiesproviding transportation as a service.
