The Fund Seeks to provide shareholders with as high a level of current income as possible exempt from federal and California income taxes by investing primarily in a portfolio of longterm municipal obligations the interest on which is exempt from federal and California income taxes. It will maintain at least 80% of its total assets in Municipal Bonds and will under normal market conditions invest primarily in a portfolio of longterm municipal obligations that are rated investment grade or of comparable quality.
