MYJ Stock, Blackrock MuniYield New Jersey Fund Inc Information

It seeks to provide shareholders with as high a level of current income exempt from federal and New Jersey income taxes as is consistent with its investment policies and prudent investment management by investing at least 80% of the Funds total assets in New Jersey municipal bonds. It will invest primarily in longterm investment grade Municipal Bonds or equivalent unrated Municipal Bonds. It may seek to hedge its portfolio through the use of derivatives.
