The investment seeks to provide a steady income stream with capital preservation across various market cycles and consistently outperform the FTSE 3Month US Treasury Bill Index by a moderate amount through various market cycles while at the same time providing low volatility. The fund normally invests at least 80% of its net assets in a portfolio of fixedincome instruments of varying maturities. It may invest up to 20% in assetbacked securities that are rated investment grade or of similar quality as determined by Janus Capital. The average portfolio duration of the fund generally will be within 02 years of the index.
