The Pacer Metaurus US Large Cap Dividend Multiplier 400 ETF (the Fund) is an exchange traded fund (ETF) that seeks to track the total return performance, before fees and expenses, of the Metaurus US Large Cap Dividend Multiplier Index Series 400 (the Index). The Fund employs a passive management (or indexing) investment approach designed to track the total return performance, before fees and expenses, of the Index. The Index is based on a proprietary methodology developed by Metaurus Advisors LLC (Metaurus), the Funds sub-adviser and the Funds index provider.
