The investment seeks a high level of current income.Under normal market conditions the fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing directly or indirectly at least 80% of its managed assets in marketplace lending investments. The fund invests substantially all of its managed assets in Marketplace Lending Instruments however the fund may invest up to 20% of its managed assets in other incomeproducing securities of any maturity and credit quality including below investment grade securities and equity securities including exchangetraded funds. The fund is nondiversified. Under normal market conditions, the fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing, directly or indirectly, at least 80% of its managed assets in marketplace lending investments.
