SURE Stock, Sonora Resources Corp Information

Sonora Resources Corp. is a mining exploration company focused on the acquisition and development of prospective silver and gold opportunities in Mexico. On March , , the Company closed the Asset Purchase Agreement with Yale Resources Ltd to purchase all of the rights, title and interest in and to the Los Amoles and Los Amoles Fracc. properties, consisting of , hectares located in the State of Sonora Mexico the Los Amoles Property . Yale will use all commercially reasonable efforts to acquire title to the Los Amoles property which is approximately an additional , hectares adjoining the Los Amoles property. The Company purchased the Los Amoles Property from Yale by issuing , , of restricted SURE common shares and paying , in cash. The Company has commenced an underground work program at the Los Amoles Property and completed a geologic report to define the potential vein structure and outcroppings and prepare for a planned drilling program in . The Company also has mining option agreements with i the Jalisco Group of Properties, consisting of mining claims totaling , hectares located in Jalisco. The Company has not spent any funds on the properties. The Company is required to spend , , by April , to earn interest in the Jalisco Property and an additional , , to earn an additional interest by April , on exploration expenses. An additional interest in and to the Property can be earned by completing a bankable feasibility study no later than the seventh anniversary of the Agreement.
