The Simplify Volt Pop Culture Disruption ETF (the Fund) seeks to provide capital appreciation. The adviser and sub-adviser seek to achieve the fund's investment objective by investing in U.S. and foreign equity securities and equity securities of companies that are consistent with the fund's investment theme of pop culture disruption. The adviser applies an option overlay strategy to the fund's equity investments.
