The Swedish company Humble Group (HMBAF) comprises almost 50 companies , organized into four distinct business areas: Future Snacking, Sustainable Care, Quality Nutrition, and Nordic Distribution. The company was listed as Bayn around 10 years ago but changed the name to Humble Group after acquiring Humble Co during an aggressive shopping spree in 2021. Humble Group's at the time aggressive M&A strategy resulted in the company taking on considerable debt, which worked in the then-low-rate environment, but soon proved to be challenging when interest rate levels ticked upwards. This led the company to enter a savings phase, resulting in a slowdown in its growth pace....
