MINNEAPOLIS, Jan. 25, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Autoscope Technologies Corporation ("Autoscope") (OTCQX:AATC) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a special one-time cash dividend of $1.32 per share of common stock, payable on February 12, 2024 to shareholders of record at the close of February 5, 2024.
As a result of the Board's review of the Company's current financial position and business outlook, the Board determined that the payment of a special dividend was in the best interest of the Company and its shareholders.
Commenting on the Board's decision to declare this special dividend, Andrew Markese, Autoscope Technologies Interim Chief Executive Officer, stated, "We are very pleased to be in a position to pay this dividend to our shareholders and are comfortable that the Company continues to have adequate capital resources to meet its business needs."
