(NYSE:AXTA) ("Axalta" or the "Company"), a leading global coatings company, today announced that Brian Berube has decided to retire as Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at the end of this year. Alex Tablin-Wolf, who currently serves as Vice President and Associate General Counsel, has been appointed his successor effective January 1, 2024. Mr. Tablin-Wolf will become Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at that time, reporting directly to Axalta CEO and President, Chris Villavarayan.
