Blackstone Inc (NYSE: BX) and Digital Realty Trust Inc (NYSE: DLR) plan to create a joint venture to develop four hyperscale data center campuses across three metro areas on two continents.
The data center campuses, located in Frankfurt, Paris, and Northern Virginia, will have a total estimated development cost of around $7 billion over the next several years.
