Canadian cannabis company YourWay Cannabis Brands Inc. (CSE: YOUR) (OTCEM: YOURF) (FSE: HOB) reported Friday that it received a complaint against the company.
The consumer-centric House of Brands, which focuses on redefining the way consumers and cannabis brands interact, revealed that marijuana giant Trulieve Cannabis Corp. (OTCQX: TCNNF), Harvest Health & Recreation and Randy Taylor Consulting filed a verified complaint in the Arizona Superior Court against, among others, the company, Labtronix (doing business as Venom Extracts) and YourWay Cottonwood. The plaintiffs claim that the defendants, their related entities and employees, participated in unlawful kickback schemes to the detriment of the plaintiffs.
