SAN RAMON, Calif., Nov. 30, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- CooperCompanies (NASDAQ:COO) announced today that its Board of Directors has appointed Lawrence E. Kurzius as an independent director, effective December 1, 2023. Kurzius has also been appointed to serve on the Audit Committee and Organization & Compensation Committee when he joins the Board.
