(NYSE:GSL) (the "Company"), a containership charter owner, announced today that the Company's Board of Directors has declared a dividend of $0.375 per Class A common share for the first quarter of 2024, to be paid on June 3, 2024 to shareholders of record as of May 24, 2024.
