PAC - Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacífico Announces Payment Date for the First Installment of the Capital Stock Reduction Approved at the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting | Benzinga
GUADALAJARA, Mexico, July 08, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacífico, S.A.B. de C.V. (NYSE:PAC, BMV:GAP) (the "Company" or "GAP") announces that following the resolution approved in the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting held on April 25th, 2024, regarding the capital reduction payment of Ps.13.86 (THIRTEEN PESOS 86/100 M.N.) per each outstanding share, the Company decided to make the payment in two installments.
The first installment of the capital reduction payment will be equivalent to Ps. 6.93 (SIX PESOS 93/100 M.N.) per each outstanding share and will be paid on July 23, 2024.
The capital reduction payment corresponds to the thirty-eight such payment.
