Zevra Therapeutics (NASDAQ:ZVRA) has announced a merger with Acer Therapeutics (NASDAQ:ACER) that is expected to be completed in Q4 of 2023.
Under the terms of the agreement, Zevra Therapeutics has agreed to give Acer Therapeutics $15.00 million in stock in exchange for ACER stock.
