VANCOUVER, British Columbia, March 08, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Mirasol Resources Ltd. (TSX-V: MRZ) (OTCPK: MRZLF) (the "Company" or "Mirasol") today announced it is arranging a non-brokered private placement financing (the "Offering") of up to 5,000,000 Units (the "Units") at a price of $0.60 per Unit for aggregate gross proceeds of $3.0 million. Each Unit will be comprised of one (1) common share and one-half of one (1/2) non-transferable common share purchase warrant (the "Warrant"), with each whole Warrant entitling the holder to purchase one additional common share at a price of $0.80 for a period of twelve (12) months from closing of the Offering.
The net proceeds of the Offering will be used to expand Mirasol's successful exploration programs and for general corporate purposes. Finders' fees may be payable on a portion of the Offering.
