BUTTE, Mont. and SIOUX FALLS, S.D., Sept. 29, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- NorthWestern Corporation d/b/a NorthWestern Energy (NASDAQ:NWE) today announced that it intends to effectuate its previously announced holding company reorganization.
