(NASDAQ:PGNY), a transformative fertility, family building, and women's health benefits solution, announced today that its Board of Directors has approved a share repurchase program to repurchase up to $100 million of its common stock. This follows the program that was previously announced on February 29, 2024. The program will be funded through available cash balances.
