According to a recent court filing with the Fulton County Superior Court, former President Donald Trump is seeking to separate his Georgia criminal election interference case from his 18 co-defendants, CNBC reported.
The plea came shortly after Trump denied 13 criminal charges related to allegations of trying to overturn his loss in Georgia’s 2020 election to President Joe Biden.
