Bruker Corp (NASDAQ:BRKR) shares are trading lower by 6.6% to $67.80 during Thursday’s session after the company announced a public offering of 6 million shares of its common stock.

The offering comes with an option for underwriters to purchase an additional 900,000 shares within 30 days. The offering is set to close around May 31, pending customary conditions.
