(“GHG” or the“Company”) (CSE: GHG / OTC: GBHPF / FRANKFURT: GHG) is pleased to announce that it has signed a ResearchCollaboration Agreement with Aramat Querétaro (“Aramat”), an organization focused on the recognition of the substantive rights ofcannabis users and legal cannabis and hempcultivator in Mexico. The collaboration is the next step in GHG’svision of expanding its Research Division in Mexico.

With the immanent legalization of cannabis and hemp inMexico, hemp material (hurd and fibre) will become more readilyavailable for GHG’s research team to utilize in its ongoingdevelopment of environmentally friendly hemp-based building materialsthat will be utilized at the Company’s Colorado Hemp Agro-IndustrialZone and/or widely marketed.
In addition to the ongoing sharing of knowledge andexpertise relating to hemp between the parties, Aramat has committedto grow industrial hemp to supply the R&D Division with hemp hurdand fibre for its ongoing research. The Company is currently sourcinga number of different varieties of industrial hemp seed that will betested in an initial 1-2 hectare cultivation. GHG and Aramat arecurrently evaluating a number of proposed locations based on climate,soil and general growing conditions. A final location will bedetermined shortly.
This collaboration is part of the Company’s biggervision to expand its collaboration partners while furtheringdevelopment of Intellectual Property that can be patented, utilized bythe Company and or marketed to the industry.

Aramat Querétaro is a civil organization,headquartered in the state of Querétaro , that is focused on therecognition of the substantive rights of cannabis users relating torecreational, medicinal and industrial cannabis. The club’s Missionis to promote health, legality, training and development in allaspects of cannabis. Prior to the organization’s official formation,Francisco Gerardo Martínez Ramos, Founder and President of AramatQuerétaro, first saw the need to study different treatments derivedfrom cannabis aimed at helping patients with epilepsy.
Initially the group started out by having privateevents, with restricted access to close friends and relatives whosought to inform and express themselves and share their knowledge andexperiences. Then in 2017 the group organized the first “AramatQuerétaro Cannabis Meeting", an event that has been held everyyear since, except for 2020 due to the ongoing pandemic. In 2019, theevent was held at the Autonomous University of Querétaro, where itwas free, open to the public, and had speakers from the medical,scientific, psychological and legal communities.
The group is made up of experts in the law,agriculture, biology, engineering, crop development and greenhouses,and have been providing comprehensive services for the preparation anddevelopment of cannabis projects. They have beenestablishing collaborations with doctors and pain clinics forconsultation and participation of these experts in their public eventswhich include interviews on local radio stations and in forums public.They have been working on the development of protocols, regulationsand implementation of Mexican standards with Mexican companies thatare committed to this new industry. In 2019 another facet emerged fromthe organization with the creation of the Aramat Cannabis LegalConsultancy. The Consultancy offers legal services in the areas ofcriminal, constitutional, administrative and corporate law to not onlyits members, but to the general public.
The group has derived great pleasure from theopportunity to share their knowledge with manycommunities in regions throughout the country. This has allowed AramatQuerétaro to develop projects that further the legal cannabisindustry in Mexico.
