Last week, Seeking Alpha posted some takes on potential buyouts in the biotech/biopharma sector. Thursday morning, Roche ( OTCQX:RHHBY ) announced it was acquiring 89bio, Inc ( ETNB ) in a deal that could reach $3.5 billion, which included a large buyout premium. I last covered 89bio in April .
