QFIN - 360 DigiTech revises dividend policy pay-out on semi-annual basis

- 360 DigiTech ( NASDAQ: QFIN ) revises dividend policy with immediate effect, whereby the company will start dividend on semi-annual basis instead of prior quarterly basis.
- The revised policy raises dividend pay out ratio to 20-30% from prior quarterly dividend pay out of approximately 15% to 20% of the Company’s net income after tax.
- The company won't declare dividend in the first fiscal quarter of 2023 due to change in dividend policy.
