CATS - 4 Stocks Breaking Out

Here are four stocks that recently had a technical breakout, notes Harry Boxer.

Catasys, Inc. (CATS) has been a very successful swing trade pick for us, rallying from $16 to nearly $26 in two weeks. A nice engulfing reversal bar on Wednesday tells me it may go higher, with targets at $28 and then $33.

Inseego Corp. (INSG), one of my top picks for the year, which got hammered in March, has rallied from $4 to nearly $12 in a month. It looks like it has the momentum to get up to $14, and then maybe $16.

Moderna, Inc. (MRNA), a swing pick of ours, did great on Wednesday, breaking across a triple-top as it jumped $2.59, or 7.4%, to $37.25. With the breakout, I'm looking for a run above $42-44.

Peloton Interactive, Inc. (PTON) crossed a double-top on Wednesday and got just a point short of the all-time high from early December at $37.02. It’s at the top of the channel, having doubled from the March 16 spike low of $17.70. Resistance in this zone could pull it back, but it has strong momentum, and a breakout could take it to the low $40’s.
