RLY seeks to achieve real return consisting of capital appreciation and current income. It does this by owning other ETFs that should allow RLY to achieve its investment goals.
Along with reviewing RLY, I will include a brief review of the IQ Real Return ETF, the only other ETF that I found with a Real Return strategy.
After looking at the returns for both, I would deem RLY a hold-during-inflation-spikes-only investments. With RLY up 50% from its recent low, investors might have missed the main runup.
