- A-Mark Precious Metals ( NASDAQ: AMRK ) added 4.6% during trading after the company authorized an increase in the number of shares under the Company’s existing share repurchase program to repurchase up to 1,000,000 shares of its outstanding common stock, in addition to the 335,735 shares repurchased under the program as of March 31, 2023.
- The company also extended the program expiration date from June 30, 2023 to June 30, 2028.
