This is our 2017 annual review of our portfolio and strategy for our Core Income Portfolio (yes, we need a more catchy name!). The strategy of investing for cash flow as we approach and move into retirement appears to be working well. The portfolio returned in aggregate +14.25% on an unadjusted basis but allowing for the extra dividends that were owed but not paid until after the new year, added
