AAR CORP. ( NYSE: AIR ) has acquired Miami-based aircraft MRO and fleet management software provider, Trax USA.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Founded in 1999, Trax offers critical software applications to airlines, MROs, and government aircraft operators. The acquisition brings higher-margin aviation aftermarket software offerings to AAR and adds recurring revenue to AAR's portfolio.
