AIR - AAR expands its MRO relationship with United Airlines

- AAR Corp ( NYSE: AIR ) said on Monday that it had signed an agreement with United Airlines ( UAL ) to expand its existing airframe MRO services relationship through 2030 and expand its heavy maintenance commitments.
- AAR expects UAL's increased maintenance commitment to generate more than 250 AAR jobs in the Miami and Rockford communities.
- AAR said it has agreed to increase its dedicated airframe narrow body capacity to provide UAL a minimum of 10 lines of maintenance support across AAR’s Miami, Florida, and Rockford, Illinois, MRO facilities.
- AAR added it will add a new three-bay hangar next to its existing nine-bay facility at Miami International Airport, to support the additional lines of maintenance.
