CSCO - Acacia Communications dips on report China sitting on deal approvals
Acacia Communications (ACIA -0.6%) - flat for most of the day - has hitched down slightly suddenly amid chatter of Dealreporter saying China is delaying deal approvals. That suggest a hitch in its agreement to be acquired by Cisco Systems (CSCO +0.6%). China reportedly won't make rulings on deals until after the election. Late last month, Dealreporter said the deal was still progressing, as the new chief at China's SAMR was familiarizing himself with antitrust issues.
