CSCO - Acacia Communications terminates merger with Cisco

Acacia Communications (ACIA) decided to end its merger agreement with Cisco (CSCO) after failing to get approval from China before termination deadline.Cisco has informed Acacia that it may dispute Acacia’s right to have terminated the merger agreement.
