ASO - Academy Sports and Outdoors prices secondary offering at $32

Academy Sports and Outdoors (ASO) has priced secondary offering of 14M common shares by certain of its selling stockholders at $32.00/share.Underwriters' over-allotment is an additional 2.1M shares.No shares are being sold by Academy and selling stockholders will receive all of the proceeds from this offering. In addition, Academy intends to repurchase ~3.2M of the 14M shares offered by selling stockholders at a price equal to underwriters' purchase price.
