ACST - Acasti Pharma provides update on recent financing activities

Acasti Pharma ([[ACST]] -7.5%) announces details from its previously announced amended and restated ATM sales agreement through which it can issue and sell from time to time its common shares for an aggregate offering price of up to $75M.As a result of the ATM sales, Acasti has a total of 179.49M common shares issued and outstanding as of January 26 2021.The additional capital raised will give Acasti additional flexibility in its ongoing review process to explore and evaluate strategic alternatives, it said.Acasti has already announced that it has engaged Oppenheimer for a strategic review of the business with alternatives, including a merger, business combination, or other strategic transaction on the table.
