Achieve Life Sciences, Inc. (NASDAQ: ACHV ), a late-stage specialty pharmaceutical company recently announced some positive news pertaining its sole product candidate for nicotine dependency. The company announced the publication of new data demonstrating that its near-commercialisation drug, cytisinicline, significantly improved smoking quit rates compared to placebo in adults with and without chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. I view this as great news for the company considering how heavily concentrated it is to the same drug, cytisinicline. Last week had more updates on the company including insider trades by top leadership. The company's outlook looks positive although, just like any business, risks are also visible. I'm choosing to HOLD ACHV stock for now, but also watching it with keen interest....
