ACAC - Acies Acquisition stockholders vote in favor of merger with PLAYSTUDIOS

SPAC Acies Acquisition ([[ACACU]] -4.5%) announced that it's shareholders has approved merger with PLAYSTUDIOS at ~$1.1B valuation. Following the closing of the merger, the combined company, which will be renamed “PLAYSTUDIOS, Inc.,”  and its Class A common stock and warrants to begin trading on Nasdaq under the ticker symbols, “MYPS” and “MYPSW." Approximately 97% of the votes were cast in the favor of the merger agreement.The deal announced in February, comprises of at least 89.1M shares of ACAC and up to $150M in cash payable as a consideration to PLAYSTUDIOS.
