AKRFF - Ackroo jumps on acquisition of InterActive DMS

Ackroo ([[AKRFF]] +7.8%) announces that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Ackroo Canada signs a definitive asset purchase agreement to acquire all of the assets of InterActive DMS. IDMS provides cloud-based and on-premise dealer management software and web solutions to independent car dealers across the US.Total consideration for the acquisition is $900,000, which will be satisfied through a cash payment of $600,000 on closing and an additional $300,000 less any working capital adjustments due within 90 days.The transaction is expected to close on May 31st, 2021.
