ACRS - Aclaris Therapeutics appoints chief business officer

Aclaris Therapeutics (NASDAQ:ACRS) appointed James Loerop as chief business officer, effective Jan. 31. Loerop  recently served as executive vice president, Business Development and Strategic Planning at Anika Therapeutics. Aclaris also appointed John Schindler, as Senior Director, Discovery Research. The company said Schindler previously held scientific leadership positions at Eli Lilly and Company and Pfizer, most recently serving as a director at Eli Lilly where he led its early portfolio discovery efforts.
