Acme United (NYSE:ACU) on Tuesday announced the renewal and increase of its loan facility. The facility provides for borrowings of up to $65M (an increase of $15M) at an interest rate of SOFR plus 1.75% and expires on May 31, 2026. The terms of the facility, including effective interest rate, are otherwise unchanged. As of Mar. 31, ACU had outstanding borrowings of $40.2M under this revolving loan deal.
