VLT - ACP: An Unsustainable Distribution Is A Real Problem

The abrdn Income Credit Strategies Fund ( ACP ) is a closed-end fund, or CEF, that provides income-oriented investors with a method through which they can achieve their goals and earn a high level of income from the assets that they already possess. As is the case with many abrdn funds, this one does a fairly good job at the provision of income due to the simple fact that it has a remarkably high distribution yield. As of the time of writing, the abrdn Income Credit Strategies Fund yields a very attractive 15.76%. This is far higher than any of the major global fixed-income or debt indices:
